London Civic Garden Complex
A slice of summer sunshine is waiting for big and tall shoppers
inside the London Greenhouse and Civic Garden Complex on Springbank
Drive. Created through a donation from the Ladies Garden Club of London
and the Federal and Provincial Government, the Civic Garden Complex
provides Londoners and visitors alike with garden landscape all year
long. Don’t let dreary weather get you down during your upcoming big
and tall shopping excursion to Big and Tall London’s Menswear. Drop by
the Civic Garden Complex for a tropical escape.
An Oasis in London
The civic Garden Complex has been one of London’s best kept secrets
for more than a decade, providing visitors with access to natural
wonders the world over. Whether you’re a born botanist, or simply enjoy
the scent of summer flowers, you’re sure to appreciate the Civic
Garden’s dedicated to vegetation. Customers of London’s Big and Tall
men’s clothing store are invited to visit the Civic Garden year-round,
Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 3pm. Big and tall shoppers are
admitted free of charge.
The Conservatory
In 1989, the City of London was bequeathed $250,000 for a
horticultural project in the memory of Samuel Richard Manness. The
conservatory at the London Civic Garden Complex was the result of this
donation, providing visitors with a space dedicated to serenity. Inside
the conservatory, big and tall shoppers will find sloping walkways,
stone sculptures, cascading pools of water and flowers, of course!
Other features inside the conservatory worth noting include a bench
made by the students at Beal Secondary School and a fountain by
Florence Wyle, the first woman granted membership to the Royal Canadian
Academy.
Take a Private Tour of the Gardens Today
Customers of London’s Big and Tall men’s clothing store are invited
to take part in a private tour of the Civic Garden Complex during their
upcoming visit to the city. These tours are offered free of charge,

facility is already booked). A maximum of 20 big and tall travelers are
permitted per tour. Private tours of the facility include a

Garden Complex’s greenhouse processes. Customers of London’s Big and
